I AM PURPOSED.
It’s taken me a while to really grasp what "purposed" means yet every moment/day the vision just keeps evolving and growing. I consider the skill of coaching to be my “Life’s Work”-that just means I’ll spend my life mastering my skills. Coaching is one way that I SERVE-it’s my way of thanking God for the life he gave me, investing in my community & contributing to the world. I make it my business to support others on their journey of purpose. As a Coach, I am Genuine, Authentic, Honest, Fully Engaged and Empathetic. Accountability is equally important to me. I have a team who holds me accountable towards being the woman I was created to be, therefore as a Coach I will hold you accountable towards the person you are/desire to be and reaching the personal and professional goals that are important to YOU!
In my professional experience I’ve spent a majority of my career coaching and developing teams and leaders. I LOVE IT! To the point I started my own business in 2018 B.E. On Purpose LLC. In 2019, I took the next step to become a Certified Professional Coach. I’m about my business and my purpose! When I’m not working, I keep my self-care on HIGH; I Love on my Husband (Dr. Akil A. Boucaud) and my two girls Makila & Akila. I enjoy family time and just having fun with my village.
In a nutshell, I walk it like I talk it! It’s NOT easy but that’s what makes me THE E.X.C.E.L. Coach- Living On Purpose with EXCELLENCE! Anything short of EXCELLENCE isn’t worth my energy!

Professional Experience
As a professionally trained and experienced Coach I've spent the past 15 years utilizing my collegiate and professional experiences to nurture, grow and develop my coaching skills, I received my B.A.in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The College of New Jersey, I continued my education by pursuing my Masters in Public and Organizational Relations from Montclair State University. In further pursuit of my passion and purpose, I then received my Certification in Coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I also received my Certification in Leveraging Diversity & Includion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford School of Business. I have also spent my career working in the financial industry where I have received an abundant amount of knowledge through my various leadership roles.
Today I invest my time in Coaching Individuals, Leaders & Organizations in clarifying their vision and defining personalized action plans so that they will E.X.C.E.L!
